Great hotel stay here for work out of town always treat everyone great rooms are always in good shape never have had a problem checking in and the breakfast is good in the morning as well all and all great hotel and the bar is great and the food they have at the bar is good as well

A/C wasn't working when we arrived. They sent a repair man who somewhat fixed it but it would only cool to a certain temp (uncomfortable still) We had a rough night of sleeping. Should have just switched us to a different room from the beginning rather than hope a quick fix would work

This hotel was amazing. Friendly staff, clean and great atmosphere. Micheal at the bar was super friendly and fun conversation. Enrique at the front desk actually remembered us from when we stayed before our cruise and went above and beyond letting us check in at 9am when we got off of our cruise earlier than expected. Mind you check in time was 3pm. We met so many great people here. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Everything's is top notch here!

The one thing I found extremely disappointing is that parking had a mandatory cost of $ 20 per day + tax When I book I always look for hotels that include parking, this I thought was the case; but I was surprised to arrive and see signs everywhere about paid parking. I thought guests had some sort of voucher, but not. Had to pay the standard rate similar to what is charged in most Miami commercial parking sites.

Great location and terrific rooms. Either shuttle from the airport. Very friendly people. Bar and restaurant open late which is great. Our room overlooked the water which was a nice touch. Great selection of appetizers and drinks at the bar in great sitting area.
